12/10/06 - Some people call those who live in mobile homes "trailer
trash", but the folks in the tiny town of Briny Breezes don't really fit that
description.  You see, they had the foresight to locate their mobile homes
on a prime piece of Florida real estate between the Intracoastal
Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean.  And the board of directors of the
community has agreed to sell the entire community to a developer for the
princely sum of $510 million.

The sale, if approved by the residents, would make almost all of the more
than four hundred owners into millionaires.  Then the hunt for new
homes begins.

I hear there are some houses available in St. Lucie county.
